We’re excited to introduce new food options at Fort Steele - beginning with takeaway eats from the International Hotel Restaurant, now available during our soft opening period.
More food and beverage services will be phased in throughout the summer as we continue to expand and improve the visitor experience.
Rick's Iron Kettle
Located inside the International Hotel, Rick’s Iron Kettle is now open
Thursday through Monday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Rick and Lisa, well known in the Creston area for running Rick’s Iron Kettle for 15 years, have now brought their home-style cooking to Fort Steele. They’re settling into their new home here and plan to expand their menu throughout the summer - including the addition of gluten-free options coming soon.
Currently, Rick’s accepts cash and e-transfer only as they get established on site and is currently operating as a casual, counter-service eatery.
