Welcome to Fort Steele Heritage Town — now open year-round and offering new programs and activities in every season.
General admission includes access to open heritage buildings, select exhibits, and scheduled drop-in activities.
Please note: Wagon rides, guided tours, and some hands-on experiences are not included in general admission and may require an additional fee. Availability may vary by day and season.

Wagon Rides & Guided Tours

Non-Profit Community Groups:
Special rates are available for non-profit community groups. To inquire about eligibility or schedule a group visit, please contact us at info@fortsteele.org.
School Groups:
Teachers and coordinators can contact our programs department directly at c.mccaughey@fortsteele.org for education-focused visit options and curriculum-based programming.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted within Fort Steele Heritage Town.
Service animals are welcome. Comfort or emotional support animals are not considered service animals under our current policy. Visitors with service animals are asked to check in at the Visitor Centre upon arrival.
